Follow the easy steps below to make your appointments:
- Please call OR text the office at 305-669-8337 to pick your day and time.
- Insurance verification will be made over the phone (ONLY ACCEPTING CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS).
- For self-pay telehealth patients, each consult will be $100.
- In person patients for which we do NOT participate in their insurance plan, we have a convenient fee of $200 for the initial consultation and $100 for any subsequent follow-up visits. This does not include any additional procedures which may be done during the visit such as biopsies, cryotherapy, etc.
- Prescriptions will be sent electronically.
